Data we process

• Bookings: name, phone number, e-mail (optional), stated preferences. Purpose: managing your booking. Legal basis: performance of the pre-contractual relationship and consent.
• No sensitive data is stored in your browser. Booking data is kept for a configurable period (default: 12 months) and then deleted or anonymised.

Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required or with necessary providers (e.g. the TheFork booking platform, SMS provider), under data-processing agreements.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to sandrine.authiat33@gmail.com or at the restaurant itself. You may also lodge a complaint with the AEPD (aepd.es).
